Außerdem schloss die Behörde 15 umfassende Compliance-Prüfungen und 109 thematische Reviews in den Bereichen Compliance, Spielerschutz und Sportwettenintegrität ab. Zahlen zu Erlaubnissen, Due Diligence, AML/CFT-Prüfungen und Vollzug zeigen eine zunehmend risikobasierte Aufsicht. Für Anbieter wird deutlich: Sportintegrität ist keine isolierte Meldepflicht, sondern hängt von Datenqualität, Eskalationswegen, Key-Function-Governance und Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und Sportorganisationen ab.
